Todd grew up in central Pennsylvania and moved to the Poconos after graduating from Susquehanna University with an undergraduate degree in Biology. He was a science teacher, a building administrator and central office employee in a 35-year career in the Pocono Mountain School District. He retired in 2018.
He is an avid fisherman and can often be found on one of the many trout streams in the greater Pocono area. A long-time member and officer of the Brodhead Chapter of Trout Unlimited, Todd is currently the Northeast Region Vice-President of PA Council Trout Unlimited. In addition to fishing, he enjoys music, lake kayaking and being outdoors as much as possible.
Todd lives in Plainfield Township, Northampton County, with his wife Jewel and their Westie “Linus.”
