- Apr 26, 2025, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PMJoin Stewardship Manager Matt Schultz to explore PHLT’s largest preserve and document our findings via iNaturalist, a nature app.
- Apr 27, 2025, 2:00 PM – 4:00 PMWalk the preserve with experienced local artist Tom Nieman, who will guide our first group plein air painting session this year.
- May 03, 2025, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PMGet ready for a productive day at Tannersville Learn Preserve along Pocono Creek! Join us in our mission to protect nature while enjoying the beauty of blooming wildflowers as we tackle the invasive garlic mustard.
- May 06, 2025, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PMJoin us at Fieldstone Farm Preserve to help clear invasive garlic mustard and narrow-leaved bittercress from the road leading up to the historic farmhouse.
- May 10, 2025, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PMJoin us for the first of two volunteer days focused on removing invasive garlic mustard and dames rocket from the restoration area at Glen Run.
- May 13, 2025, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PMPomeroy Nature Preserve has some of the nicest spring wildflowers of any PHLT preserve. Let’s keep it that way by clearing garlic mustard out of their way.
- May 21, 2025, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PMTrail crew volunteer group meets 3rd Wednesday of every month.
- May 29, 2025, 5:30 PM – 8:30 PMCome join us for an evening filled with laughter, fun, and a shared passion for conservation! Event Attendance Policies
Photography policy: Attendance at PHLT programs and events constitutes consent to be photographed for use in print and electronic media. Images will not be identified using full names without written approval from the individual. Please notify PHLT staff if you would prefer that your photo not be used.
Cancellation policy: Events may be cancelled due to inclement weather or low registration. In that case, we will make every effort to update our website and contact registrants. Note that we cannot offer refunds of paid registrations or ticket purchases, but rest assured that your donation will help us in our work to save open space, care for nature, and connect people to the outdoors.
We have a no-smoking policy at all PHLT events.


PHLT events include guided hikes and nature walks, history walks, kids crafts and outdoor explorations, field trips, birdwatching, stargazing, educational programs, wild plant workshops, art workshops, exhibits, & more!
We love to collaborate with naturalists, educators, creators, and enthusiasts of all kinds.
